Why Reflexology?

Reflexology is a complementary therapy built on a simple principle: points on the feet, hands and face correspond to areas of the body. When I apply precise, gentle pressure to these reflex points, it encourages deep relaxation and supports your body's own capacity to heal and rebalance.

However the treatment is delivered, the experience is the same: focused, deliberate and deeply calming. An hour of reflexology can leave your shoulders looser, your mind quieter and your sleep deeper.

This is not a massage, although it feels just as good. I work systematically and precisely, reading tension and sensitivity and adapting pressure to the needs of your body. The practice has roots in ancient Egyptian and Chinese therapy and today is one of the most widely used complementary treatments in the UK. You stay fully clothed, in a calm, comfortable setting. Most people find it deeply relaxing. Many fall asleep, bliss!

What it can do for you…

Some clients come to me with something specific in mind. Others simply want an hour of genuine stillness in a demanding week. I use reflexology to support:

Stress and tension. Deep relaxation calms the nervous system, and many of my clients sleep noticeably better after a treatment.

Rest and recovery. An moment for a quiet, focused treatment gives your body the conditions it needs to properly switch off.

Everyday wellness. Regular treatments help you feel more grounded, more rested and more in tune with your body. Many clients also find reflexology a valuable support while managing ongoing health conditions.

Time that's yours. No screens, no demands, no conversation unless you want it.

Reflexology works alongside conventional healthcare, not instead of it. If you're managing a health condition, I'll adapt every treatment to your circumstances, and I'll never advise you to change or stop any medical care.
